West Hollywood is turning off meters and lifting other parking restrictions on New Year’s Day.
The city will not enforce parking meters and associated time limits, peak hour towing restrictions and street sweeping.
However, permit parking and other regulations will still be enforced. Visitor permits are available at the Kings Road Parking Structure, at 8383 Santa Monica Blvd. at Kings Road, and West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, at 780 San Vicente Blvd. at Santa Monica.
The other regulations wil resume on Wednesday, Jan. 2.
