PHOTOS: Public Safety Commission Honors Citizens

The West Hollywood Public Safety Commission presented awards to citizens who have helped the city enhance public safety at its meeting Monday night.

Capt. Kelly Fraser, at left with plaque, is honored.

Lothar Zindric is honored with the Los Angeles County Fire Department Firefighter of the Year award.
