Luis Negron signs and presents “Mundo Cruel: Stories” at Book Soup. “Mundo Cruel” is a collection of short stories about a small town in Puerto Rico and its “transgressive sexuality.” The book’s translator, Suzanne Jill Levine, will also be present.
