LA’s City Council and Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa host an opening ceremony for the third annual LGBT Heritage Month. The event will feature food from chef Susan Feniger and performances by the Gay Men’s Chorus, Vox Femina, Aubrey’s Showgirls and Katrina Parker of NBC’s “The Voice.” The event is free but RSVP to lgbt@lactiy.org is recommended. The ceremony will take place at 200 N. Spring Street and Temple. More information online.
