A new play by artist-in-residence Adelina Anthony, “The Beast of Times” is a satirical and queer allegory set in a world where environmental and ethnic diversity are quickly becoming passé. The show describes itself as “Portlandia meets the animals from the cartoon ‘The Far Side,’ but with sexy progressive queer people of color politics.” Tickets, $20, and more information available here.
