The Complexions Contemporary Ballet of New York and the Lula Washington Dance Theatre team up for a show at the Ford Amphitheater, 2580 Cahuenga Blvd. next to the 101 Freeway. Complexions is a contemporary dance group led by Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, both contributors on the TV show “So You Think You Can Dance.” Lula Washington Dance Theatre is a modern dance ensemble that performs pieces that reflect African-American history and culture.
