Ruth Tittle, owner of Capitol Drugs, has focused on offering services and products relevant to the West Hollywood community. Tittle’s brother, who founded Capitol Drug Pharmacies, died in 1993 from complications of HIV/AIDS. Tittle remains driven by her brother’s legacy, serving as a visible member of the Los Angeles LGBT community. She serves on numerous boards and has been the recipient of many awards.
