The driver, Abran Valencia, 23, of Los Angeles, was apprehended by Sheriff’s Department deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The crash also took out a City of West Hollywood light post. City Public Works workers were on the scene this morning to clean up the mess.
