THE ROXY, 9009 W Sunset Blvd. east of North Wetherly. The rotating neon R is an attention grabber. But the club where John Belushi partied before his fatal overdose, where Heidi Fleiss hosted parties, and where Pee-Wee Herman got his start, hardly needs a sign given its history.
