Sheriff’s Department Seeks Murder Suspect Who Frequents WeHo

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a dreadlocked sex offender suspected of stabbing to death a 21-year-old Texan in a South Los Angeles motel room last Thursday. Oscar “Rick” Bridges is 54, black, about 6 feet 2 inches and 180 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair in dreadlocks. He is known to frequent motels in the Hollywood and West Hollywood areas. Bridges is a registered sex offender with an “extensive” criminal record, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.
