MUTUAL MASTURBATION
There is next to no risk of contracting a sexually transmittable disease from mutual masturbation. The very small risk is if one of you has the HPV virus, which causes genital and anal warts. That virus can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact during oral or anal sex. There’s a possibility, albeit an unlikely one, that it can transmitted during mutual masturbation, especially if two men rub their penises against one another. Studies vary, but one estimates that 95 percent of HIV positive gay men have been infected with HPV and that 65 percent of HIV negative men have. HPV warts can become cancerous.
HIV cannot always be isolated in urine, and if it is, HIV concentrations are too small to pose a threat of infection. The HIV risk from drinking urine is negligible. Some conditions contribute to blood being present in a person’s urine, which would contribute to a risk of HIV transmission if your partner was infected. Urine is fine on the outside of intact skin.
