A man who was found dead in a car in West Hollywood on May 31 has been identified as Shariar Ebrahimi.

Lt. David Smith with the Los Angeles County coroner’s office confirmed the identify of Ebrahimi, 26, who lived in West Hollywood.

Smith said that the cause of death was still under investigation. He confirmed that the investigation will include toxicology tests due to possible drug involvement; Smith said it will probably be a few months before those tests are completed. No additional details could be released, he said.

An online obituary from Pacific View Memorial Park and Mortuary, the Corona del Mar mortuary where Ebrahimi’s memorial was held on June 6, says that he was born in 1987 in Mission Viejo.

West Hollywood is a very dangerous place. Drugs are king. Los Angeles is considered the second most corrupt area in the USA – after Chicago. This poor young man is a victim of an area that can eat you up – by drivers consumed with texting or the drug mafia that owns West Hollywood political hacks. May this he RIP.
