Sheriff’s detectives today were investigating a report that comedian Katt Williams drew a gun on a person at the Comedy Store in West Hollywood.
Authorities went to the club at 8422 W. Sunset Blvd. Tuesday night after receiving a 911 call of a man with a gun, sheriff’s Sgt. Dave Valentine of the West Hollywood Station said. Williams was not there when deputies arrived, Valentine said. There were no arrests.
According to TMZ.com , Williams was in the club “when a heckler started talking smack about the comedian’s height and race. We’re told Katt was not on stage … he was milling around,” TMZ reported. “An eyewitness says he went crazy, threatening the heckler with a gun.”
