The westbound lane of Melrose Avenue near West Knoll is closed as law enforcement officers investigate an accident involving a car and a motorcycle. The accident took place just before 7 p.m. today. As of publication, the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station had no details about the incident, which still is under investigation. But observers on the scene said the motorcycle driver appeared unresponsive.
Does anyone know what happened to the motorcycle driver? I passed by this accident minutes after it happened and I’m just hoping he’s okay.
There was also an accident at the same location this past Thursday in the early afternoon and all westbound lanes were closed then as well. What the heck is going on?
