West Hollywood City Councilmember Lindsey Horvath and Estevan Montemayor, the chair of the city’s Public Safety Commission, will join L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti and L.A. City Council members Bob Blumenfield, Joe Buscaino, Marqueece Harris-Dawson and David Ryu on Monday at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Montemayor is director of communications for Ryu.

Horvath and Montemayor were selected as convention delegate in May in a vote by Democrats registered in Congressional District 28, which includes West Hollywood as well as Burbank, Glendale, the northern Los Angeles suburbs, and parts of central Los Angeles including Los Feliz and Silver Lake.
