Jacqueline Renee Waddell — who was known as Jackie Warner on her Bravo TV series “Work Out” — is charged with one felony count of assault upon a peace officer and one misdemeanor count each of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, driving with a 0.08% blood-alcohol content and hit-and-run driving resulting in property damage, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.

The 48-year-old West Hollywood woman allegedly smashed her vehicle into an electrical pole near Holloway Drive and Hacienda Place while driving under the influence on Feb. 24, prosecutors said.

She then allegedly drove to the nearby 7-Eleven store where an L.A. County sheriff’s deputy tried to detain her, prosecutors said.

Waddell allegedly backed her vehicle toward the deputy before striking the patrol car, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

She was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department that night and released on bond early the next morning, according to jail records.
