Salt’s Cure Is Back, as (and with) ‘Breakfast’

Forget brunch. How about breakfast?

The very popular Salt’s Cure is back with that beginning Monday, in its old location on Santa Monica Boulevard at North Vista with the new name “Breakfast.”

Salts Cure moved from WeHo in 2015 to Highland Avenue because it needed more room to accommodate the long lines of customers on weekends. Its West Hollywood location sat only 34 diners.

Its menu of homemade breads and charcuterie and, of course, its breakfast, made it one of the post popular spots on the city’s East Side.

According to Eater LA, which first announced the return, Salts Cure chef and owner Chris Phelps describes the new menu as a “hybrid between a modern quick-service spot and a pancake house.”

Salt’s Cure’s location at 1155 Highland Ave. will remain in business.
