West Hollywood residents can take a tour of the two local fire stations and meet firefighters tomorrow.
The L.A. County Fire Department, which provides fire protection services to WeHo, is hosting a county wide open house in recognition of May as Fire Service Month.
The stations will be open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There are two fire stations in West Hollywood: L.A. County Fire Station #7, located at 864 N. San Vicente Blvd., and
L.A. County Fire Station #8, located at 7643 Santa Monica Blvd.
The county Fire Department’s Regional Operations Bureau will host a Fire Service Day that features entertainment, family activities, fire trucks, equipment demonstrations and more. The event closest to the City of West Hollywood is the East Regional Operations Bureau, located at the East Los Angeles Civic Center at 4801 East Third St., Los Angeles. This event will take place tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
