The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is hosting “Talk: Gaytino Made in America—Dan Guerrero,” a performance about the lives of Dan Guerrero and Carlos Almarez that travels through decades of Mexican-American history and the gay experience from a unique and personal perspective. It is offered in conjunction with the special exhibition “Playing with Fire: Paintings by Carlos Almaraz.”
The event is from 1 to 3 p.m. at LACMA, 5905 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. Admission is free but tickets, which can be reserved online, are required.
