Dog Pound Carnival will take place from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the Bullet Bar, 10522 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood. The event is a celebration of the L.A. pup culture and will help raise money for L.A. Puppy Pride 2017.
Dog Pound Carnival will feature a mosh pit for playful pups attending with their handlers. Matthew Mullin, its creator, is soliciting ideas for puppy-themed carnival events, which can be emailed to him at Skullbit2014@gmail.com.
