OurTownLA is hosting on Saturday (Oct. 14) a non-profit expo at Plummer Park’s Fiesta Hall in West Hollywood.
The purpose of this event is to allow the Los Angeles LGBTQ nonprofit groups listed on the OurTownLA website www.ourtownla.org to promote themselves and the services they provide and to engage with community members. Health, arts, recreation, athletic and social non-profits will be participating. Among those are The Thrive Tribe, APAID, the Alliance for Housing and Healing and Project Angel Food.
There will be entertainment provided by local talent, food donated by West Hollywood restaurants and raffle prizes and silent auction items. Voter registration, health insurance enrollment assistance and a few other onsite services will also be included.
The event is from noon to 4 p.m. Fiesta Hall is located at 1200 N. Vista St. Attendance is free for all. Non-profit organizations that wish to attend can register online at http://www.ourtownla.org/NPE2017NP.html
