Coming from a religious background, I always love it when someone shows that what the Bible says is, to love one another and not to love some people. The story starts with man finding out that his new neighbors are a gay couple with a little girl.
Initially he is taken aback by the gay couple, and you can see him struggle with his internal conflict. As the days go on, he avoids any contact with them, because that would be against his faith. Then one night, when he is reading the Bible, he sees that one should “love thy neighbor as yourself….which is the first and greatest commandment…” That completely changes his attitude toward his neighbors. It is beautiful to see that being kind to the people around us really takes no effort at all.
