Incidents of residential mail box thefts in West Hollywood seem to have declined since the U.S. Postal Service responded to longstanding complaints about the issue and installed over 600 new locks in 2016.
But they aren’t over. Evidence of that is provided in the video above from a resident of a building on West Knoll Drive. In the video, a man is seen taking two packages, one of them an early birthday present for the resident who provided the video.
The incident took place around 7 p.m. on Feb. 6, this past Tuesday. Anyone able to identify the suspect is asked to call the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station at (323) 855-8850.
