Details: Please join the City of West Hollywood’s WeHo Arts program and the West Hollywood Library for this 2017 Winter Sounds Free Concert, which will take place indoors in the West Hollywood Park Auditorium, this location was moved from the City Council Chambers where it was originally scheduled. Guitarist Peter Kavanaugh’s heart and soul are firmly rooted in jazz standards and the American songbook. He interprets with a hip and sophisticated ‘60s West Coast Cool Jazz sound based in electric guitar and vibraphone. His sunny sound transports listeners to poolside post-war Southern California, and surprises with unexpected elements of bossa nova, blues, bop, and gypsy jazz.
Parking is available in the 5-story library parking structure – please bring your parking ticket inside for free validation.
All concerts are FREE to attend and start at 5 PM on Saturdays. RSVPs are requested but not required.
