Where: Griffith Park – Fern Dell, 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Los Angeles
Details: 1st Saturday Hiking at 8 a.m. followed by ‘Potluck in the Park’.
For our March hike, we will be going to Griffith Park. We will start at the Ferndell area of the park and hike to the Observatory as well as Dante’s view. To reach the park, go North on Western Ave. and turn left on Fern Dell (Fern Dell and Los Feliz) and enter the park. Park in the only parking lot on the left before going up the hill (approx 1 mile from Los Feliz). You will pass the cafe and first stop sign.

This hike is about 5 miles — a moderate hike. You may want to bring water, a camera, a friend plus a potluck dish to share. The hike takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
