OMFG I totally just died watching this video by Intomore that shows older gay men reading younger gay’s slang.
I do see how crazy our gay lingo has become of late. At times I don’t know half the things kids younger than me are saying. A lot of this has been derived from RuPaul’s “Drag Race,” and it’s amazing to see how the drag culture has affected our community. Some of those expressions are “Werk,” “Yas Kween,” “Bussy” and “Fuck My Drag, Right?”
Try and see how many of the words and phrases you understand. There are a couple that I had never heard before. It’s always amazing the way our culture changes and evolves.
