Why isn’t the city hall parking structure available for pride weekend. It was suppose to serve the neighborhood as well as city hall and it cost millions of tax payer dollars.

Is this the first time they’ve closed Santa Monica Bl. for more than the Sunday parade? They are shutting down SMB from Hancock to Robertson eastbound 7PM Fri and westbound 9AM Sat all the way to the Monday AM rush hour! SMB outside that range will be shut from Doheny to Fairfax all day Sunday as usual. It just seems like a lot to close a big swath of Santa Monica for a couple of days.
