A revised planning application has been submitted for the Melrose Triangle, a 351,000-square-foot mixed-use development bordered by Santa Monica Boulevard, Melrose Avenue, and Almont Drive that was approved by the West Hollywood City Council in 2014. The modified program includes 77 residential units, including 24 affordable units for low-income households, approximately 225,000 square feet of office, approximately 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 551 parking spaces.
