We need to wake up and get tougher on those that commit crimes.

Can we give the eastside back to Los Angeles?
Reconfigure West Hollywood to be Doheny to Fairfax, Sunset to Beverly.
Sound good?

For what? So more of the region can be as dysfunctional like Los Angeles? You’re pretty disconnected if you think a resident set this fire. I live close by and a lot of transients wander into this corner. The security presence at this Target, which I noticed has grown lately, suggests there’s a lot of theft. WeHo is not a fortress and with this being the border it shares with Los Angeles will inevitably encounter Los Angeles’ dysfunction especially acutely in this area.

Why would you give it back to Los Angeles? That area was never part of LA. It was the county. They should form a new city. Dump all the baggage of West Hollywood. Start new. You won’t have to take all the claptrap fron the political hacks living West of La Cienega.
