I live in the area and missed it.
I find I have to watch the weho city calendar. meeting announcements on wehoville are usually the day of. Formal legal mailed notices from the city for developments or licenses in a particular neighborhood usually arrive the day of, or day or two before a public meeting
A time and date would be helpful.
