A trippy new burger joint is opening in West Hollywood.

Flower Burger, which uses 100 percent natural and vegan ingredients, will mark its first day in business at noon Thursday with a grand opening celebration hosted by the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and featuring a ribbon cutting with Mayor Lauren Meister, free mini burgers and a live DJ.

Flower Burger is located at 640 N. Robertson Blvd. in WeHo.

The casual restaurant is known for its psychedelic hamburger buns, which come in a variety of colors courtesy of ingredients like turmeric, blue spirulina and purple carrot extract.

Flower Burger will be open from Sunday to Thursday for lunch and dinner from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM and Friday to Saturday from 11:30 AM to midnight. Additionally, Flower Burger will be available to order via delivery platforms including Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats.

“100 percent natural and vegan ingredients”

I mean, LoL?

Vegan food (the non raw ingredients) are almost exclusively industrial products.

That fake cheese? Doesnt happen without factories and industrial chemists.
Ditto for the ‘meat’, sauces, etc.

Its first world industrial slop marketed as healthy and green. Uses more water, more fossil fuels, and more unhealthy additives than any other processed food in the store.

I urge you to actually go to their website and read before just assuming things.

You might learn some things instead of inserting your foot in your mouth.

I hope they thrive. But I can’t help thinking, “we lost Hedley’s for this?” So sad.
