NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the West Hollywood Planning Commission will hold a Public  Hearing to consider the following item:  

LOCATIONS: 1282 N. FAIRFAX AVENUE, West Hollywood, California  

REQUEST: Rehabilitation and change of use of former church building designated as a cultural  resource with creative office space; demolition of two-story vacant building; and  construction of a detached six-story, 29-unit residential building with one level of a  subterranean parking garage.  

PERMIT(S): Certificate of Appropriateness, Demolition Permit, Development Permit, Mills Act  Contract, Rehabilitation Incentive, and any other required permits.
