Man shot in Hollywood Hills

A man is hospitalized Wednesday after he was shot in the Hollywood Hills.

Los Angeles Police Department officers responded at 3:29 a.m. to the 6000 block of Graciosa Drive after receiving a shots fired call, said an LAPD spokesman.

Officers found a man approximately 30 years -old suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition, police said.

Witnesses told police that the suspect ran away. The suspect was wearing a blue jacket and a ski mask. No further description was available.

Police are investigating the shooting.

I think the important issue is the uptick in crime. I appreciate daily crime reports that tell what happens in and around West Hollywood like hollywood sunset hollywood hills studio city Melrose and Beverly Blvd and Wilshire district into Beverly Hills and Westwood. Being closed minded as to comment that to report crimes must have to happen in West Hollywood in order to be reported on this platform is one sighted and pretentious. Updates on these events are helpful however could you confine them to an incident column? Being bombarded by excessive articles daily just breaks ones spirit. We need to achieve some solutions and positivity. Individuals can take more responsibility for their own surroundings and be proactive, not putting themselves in compromising situations.
