To the L A County Sheriff: The Enemy of West Hollywood are the elected officials. Especially, the dreadful SHE – Shyne, Horvath and Erickson. Everything is being done to organize a recall of these 3 political hacks so they never run for office again. Check the video explosive the SHE for big anti police. https://vimeo.com/676340502
Stolen cell phones and car break-ins? Are we to believe that is all the crime that is happening? What about Part 2 or whatever other designations there are?
What a litany ! Soon there’ll be no place to walk – or hide.
what is the recall process for SHE?
I can answer that. The only way of getting rid of the cancers on the city council, which is pretty much all of them, is to evict 50% of the destitute freeloading voters on the Eastside of town, replace them with fair-market paying renters, who will vote. Then you can vote out the cancers in the next elections. Outside of that, get used to the people the freeloading voters from the Eastside imposed on all residents of the city. I hope that helped.
Are you saying long term tenants, who are generally seniors, the disabled and people with limited incomes, are not impacted by crime? Why don’t you cross La Cienega and join me for a cup of coffee on the Eastside? We have the largest, most engaged Neighborhood Watch in the City because we are trying to make our neighborhoods safe. We all have to do our part.
Nice try in attempting to overcome her objections but, it’s NOT possible because for one they are NOT rationally based and, for another the acceptance of those irrational concerns by society go a long way toward affirming her acceptance and high social status.
And when SHE gets re-elected by a landslide again, then what ❓ 🤣
“concerned citizen” AKA Michael Grace
Can the crime report name the clubs that these cell phones are being stolen from? We need to know so we can communicate to each other. Maybe if the clubs are named they will step up their security.
West Hollywood seems a known, easy target with disinterested law enforcement so the chances of crime success is very good. Even if it is not known, a simple observation of the neighborhoods tell the story.
They’re not disinterested. They’re disgusted because our own local government doesn’t support them and there’s even talk of defunding them. They are not the problem. Our own city Council is.
In my experience the WH SD has been a picture of extremes. Two occasions of unwarranted overly aggressive behavior and MIA which I refer to as disinterested. I question their training g protocols. We need folks to be available that believe in appropriate behavior for the residents of our community who are generally not the miscreants. Perhaps they don’t know the difference. For years the WH assignment has been referred to as the Country Club assignment .
Crime? What crime? All we need is less police and more people to talk to these poor souls committing these crimes. 🙄
Just a heads up. All of these stolen phones are primarily at the Abbey. They don’t actually want the phones though, they want to access the contents. They remove the sim to get your phone number. Then they text you a link to a phishing site that says your phone was found in downtown LA (and asks you to enter your Apple ID). If you fall for it, they gain access to your phone after which they go through all your contacts asking for money pretending to be you.
Well I’ve lost my phone a number of times and, easily got it right back as if it were radioactive. My “Why you should join the Revolutionary Communist Party☭” screen saver might of had something to do with it ❗

Becoming just another day in the neighborhood. Unfortunately.
Yes, it seems to be a glaring omission that there is no description of the suspects.
Why bother when people like you are determined to scapegoat People of Color in-spite of the evidence❗
What are you talking about, Cy? Are you suggesting that People of Color are committing these crimes in WeHo?
Cy is suggesting that people like you want to profile people based on their skin color and socio-economic status.
I know that, greeneyedguy, but why? I didn’t say a thing about skin color or socio-economic status. That’s where your and Cy’s heads go but not mine. It seems to me there would be some kind of description of the women who are committing these crimes; or maybe it’s men. How are we to know unless we are given the information that I’m sure the LASD has.
“I know that, greeneyedguy, but why?”
Uh, maybe because you’ve repeatedly said you approve of profiling people?
Forget about your past comments already?
Nope! You haven’t answered why you go to race when I merely asked for a general description of local criminals. You are assuming they must be of a particular race.
Cy! I missed you!
Never missing an opportunity for victimhood.
Yup.
