Losing Ed as Captain is sad he’s been here for years, he was a deputy and motor officer and left for a while and came back as a Captain. He will be missed. He always answered a call – Bill Moulder is beyond terrific, he is very personable, and stays on top of issues & is reachable. I truly hope he becomes our new Captain as he deserves it.

Captain Ramirez had developed a great working relationship with those of us on the Eastside prior to being promoted so he will be missed. But I hope the Bill Moulder can become our permanent captain as he is incredibly helpful, accessible and is dedicated to West Hollywood.
