An alleged arsonist destroyed at least two vehicles Tuesday on Huntley Drive near Santa Monica, and attempted to destroy a third .
Fires engulfed a Mercedes SUV and affected nearby buildings and foliage. The assailant stuffed paper in various crevices of the automobile before lighting them on fire, authorities say.
No motive has been reached for the property destruction, nor has it been determined whether there was any intent.
