04/18/2022 @ 0219. A man pointed a handgun at an Uber driver when she tried to intervene in a dispute her passenger was having with the suspect. #02230
 
Strong Arm Robbery
Genesee Avenue / Santa Monica Blvd
04/18/2022 @ 2228. A man was walking WB on the south sidewalk of Santa Monica Blvd when two men approached him from behind and punched him on the back of his head. The victim fell to the ground and was kicked and punched by the suspects until he lost consciousness. The suspects removed the victim’s wallet from his pocket and fled the area on foot. #02237
 
April 19th
Residential Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
1100 block Detroit Street
04/19/2022 @ 1700. A man used an unlocked door to gain entry and removed an IPad, sunglasses, wallet, gold ring, and credit cards from the living room. The suspect was located and arrested by WHD detectives on 04/20/2022 and the stolen property was recovered. #02250

04/22/2022 @ 0036. A man jumped over a perimeter fence to gain access to the carport and removed paperwork and a work badge from the interior of an unlocked vehicle. Loss $5. #02322

04/22/2022 @ 0315. The victim was sleeping in her bed when she heard the suspect attempting to open the back door to her residence. The victim confronted the suspect and told him to leave and he complied. #02306

04/22/2022 @ 0700. An unknown suspect removed a portion of the doggy door and attempted to gain entry to the residence. An audible alarm sounded and the suspect fled the area. #02309
