The area’s Persian community turned out in full force to honor the life of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old woman who died Sept. 16 as a result of police brutality in Tehran. This was a noble gesture however it is offensive that Sepi Shyne chose this occasion to shine the light on herself instead of the plight of many. Ms. Shyne, you are a clever opportunistic but neither ethical nor credible.
