October 24th

Grand Theft

  • 8800 block Santa Monica Blvd
  • 10/24/2022 @ 0000-0030. An unknown suspect removed a cell phone from the victim’s front pocket while inside the club. #06623

Vehicle Burglary

  • 8400 block W Sunset Blvd
  • 10/24/2022 @ 2215-0000. An unknown suspect smashed the rear windshield and removed a laptop computer, airpods, charger, kindle, IWatch, and a suitcase containing clothing from the trunk. #06627

October 25th

Vehicle Burglary

  • 600 block Robertson Blvd
  • 10/25/2022 @ 2114-0007. An unknown suspect smashed the rear driver’s side window and removed a duffel bag containing clothing from the back seat. #06644

October 26th

Strong Arm Robbery

  • 7900 block Romaine Street
  • 10/26/2022 @ 0425-0430. A man climbed onto a balcony and was attempting to remove an electric bicycle when the victim heard the noise and confronted the suspect on the balcony. A short struggle ensued and the victim was able to maintain possession of the bike. #06649

Vehicle Burglary

  • 8500 block Holloway Drive
  • 10/26/2022 @ 2030-0830. An unknown suspect removed four tote bags from the back seat and hand sanitizer from the center console. No sign of forced entry. #06668

October 27th

Grand Theft

  • 900 block Curson Avenue
  • 10/27/2022 @ 1530. A man removed $1200 cash from the kitchen counter after arguing with the victim. #06671

Other Burglary (Suspects Arrested)

  • 900 block Hancock Avenue
  • 10/27/2022 @ 0446. Four men pried the front door open to gain access to the lobby of the secure apartment building and pried resident mailboxes open and removed mail. The suspects were arrested by responding deputies after being seen on surveillance video by a security guard. #06667

October 28th

Aggravated Assault – Knife (Suspect Arrested)

  • 700 block N San Vicente Blvd
  • 10/28/2022 @ 0910. A woman was walking on the sidewalk when the suspect approached her while holding a large butcher’s knife above his head. The victim ran from the area and the suspect was located and arrested by responding deputies. #06677

Aggravated Assault – Other Weapon

  • 8200 block Santa Monica Blvd
  • 10/28/2022 @ 1830. A man was sitting in the alley when the suspect approached and accused the victim of stealing his jacket. While the victim was walking away, the suspect swung a metal pipe and struck the victim on his forearm. The victim was transported to the hospital. The suspect fled the area on foot. #06687

Other Burglary

  • 8600 block Melrose Avenue
  • 10/28/2022 @ 0244. A man forced the front door open to gain access and removed money from the cash registers. #06680

October 29th

Grand Theft

  • 8800 block Santa Monica Blvd
  • 10/29/2022 @ 0200. The victim was standing on the sidewalk in front of the business when an unknown suspect removed a cell phone and wallet from his front pocket. #06704

Other Burglary

  • 500 block La Cienega Blvd
  • 10/29/2022 @ 0625-0634. A man smashed the front glass window with a brick to gain entry and removed a cash register. #06695
