A penthouse located in West Hollywood’s Granville Towers, which was once home to Marilyn Monroe and later Portia de Rossi, is now up for sale with an asking price of around $2.3 million.

The seven-story French Normandy-style complex, built in 1930 and converted to condos in 1988, is located near the Sunset Strip and has housed many famous tenants including Rock Hudson, David Bowie, Mickey Rourke, and Rashida Jones.

The 2,032 square foot penthouse on the north tower features hardwood floors, crown moldings, Venetian plaster walls, and Viking appliances.

Building amenities include a doorman, indoor swimming pool, dog run, and subterranean parking. The penthouse is being listed by John Luciano and Brian V. Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty.
