The Urban Social Club is excited to announce “100 Faces 100 Stories The Collective” presented by Chanel Lumiere, an exhibition that highlights transgender and nonbinary artists and allies. The exhibit aims to provide a safe and innovative space for the community to be their authentic selves.
The exhibition will take place on Friday, March 24th, 2023, from 5 pm to 9 pm, at the Connie Norman Transgender Empowerment Center located at 1001 North Martel Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046. The event is supported in part by an arts grant from the City of West Hollywood.
The exhibit will feature a variety of art forms, including creative direction, photography, mixed media, fashion, food, and entertainment. The works are curated by Chanel Lumiere and will include artists such as Quinn, DOM, Allie, Armani Dae, NeverEndingNina, Mars Wright, Davide Laffe, Liam Woods, and more.
The event will begin with an exhibit opening at 5 pm, followed by a complimentary beer and wine tasting experience. The opening reception, beginning at 7:30 pm, will feature live performances from NeverEndingNina and Danni Cassette. Legendary DJ Sidney Perry will provide beats for the evening.
The Connie Norman Transgender Empowerment Center focuses on building capacity, advocacy, and overall health and wellness for the transgender and nonbinary communities. The center provides a place for the community to thrive and is proud to host “100 Faces 100 Stories The Collective.”
