Actress Lily Collins had several pieces of high-end jewelry stolen from her this past weekend during a visit to a spa at The Edition hotel in West Hollywood.
According to Page Six, Collins’ friends and staff at the hotel have pinpointed a woman who checked in under a fake name as a suspect.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the incident and reviewing security camera footage for leads. According to deputies, Lily had secured her belongings at the spa before going in for some relaxation, only to find everything missing when she returned.
The theft is classified as “over $10,000.” So far, no arrests have been made in the case.
Celebrities in Los Angeles continue to be a popular target for thieves. In January, someone broke into Drake’s home, and in February, LAFC star Kellyn Acosta had his house broken into. Miles Teller’s home was also ransacked in the same month.
