Signage for a new restaurant popped up on the Corner with the Clock, a.k.a. the blighted southwest corner of Fairfax and Santa Monica in West Hollywood.
Mamie: Street Food from Provence & Tuscany is moving into the spot where Birdie’s Bistro was just as an Italian sandwich shop prepares to open across the street. Ggiata down the road continues to draw lines.

Seems like a tough time to open a new restaurant….certainly in WH.
Restaurants across the US have one of highest fail rates of any business type, sometimes upward of 70%. So it is a tough time, all the time, to open a restaurant anywhere.
