Well, we had more intruders/burglars last night. This time four men with front and back knapsacks at 9:15 PM. Not even that late.
Fortunately, they made enough noise that several residents yelled at them from their balconies, letting them know that there are cameras all over the building.
That got them to skedaddle. They were gone before the police came.
They apparently climbed over our walls from the upper hillside.
This is really out of control. This is the SIXTH incident in our building in the past two months!!!
Here are two videos of the men. The first is by the back jacuzzi area just after they jumped over the wall. The second is them running away down the east side driveway after being yelled at by residents. There are likely other videos but we have to wait for tomorrow to search for them out of our manager’s office.

I don’t know who is delusional enough to think crime is going down in WeHo. They are just becoming more brazen. And these are NOT homeless or mentally ill people doing this and are unlikely to be WeHo residents. Thank goodness we have cameras but that hasn’t stopped anyone.
There have been a few other incidents in WeHo Heights in the past couple months, but I’m just reporting on Horn Plaza. I heard that there were guns involved in one of the other incidents.
Can we request the sheriffs to patrol our neighborhood on a regular basis after dark? That is the very least that should happen, but I would like to make a formal request on behalf of the entire neighborhood. NOT BBB which has no authority to do anything, much less confront these people!!!

The system we live in is anarcho-tyranny. The ‘anarcho’ aspect is these men and others committing crimes where the police are defanged (and demonized) and the prosecutors (mostly Soros/radical NGO funded) treat them with kid gloves. Whenever a city/town becomes more upscale, crime goes up. This is WeHo Queen’s vision for Weho. It will only get worse as the City gets more upscale as per the Queen’s vision.
I have been a WeHo resident for decades and I have never, ever seen this degree of crime which has infiltrated our community. I am aware that this regrettably happens now all across the country. BUT, what about keeping residents of WeHo safe, like with MORE Sheriffs !! And they should also do walk patrols, not just sitting in their vehicles.

Yeah our sheriffs are borderline worthless. Sit in their cars and look at their phones. Need private security that patrols like the parking enforcement folks. Need that degree of attention. Just slowly driving through streets all night.

I wonder if they thieves finished up their shopping at the Supreme Store down the street, and found it convenient to rob locally. How is Sepi’s and Lindsey’s “defund the Sheriffs” movement working out? Don’t count on the City for much help, as our leaders are busy with problems taking place in Israel right now.
