Opening a sandwich shop in WeHo has been “Something” of a pain for reality TV stars Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney.
The eatery, called Something About Her, was supposed to open last summer at 640 North Robertson but has faced continual holdups since its announcement two years ago.
The U.S. Sun reports that its new opening date is set for January 15, citing a problem with the California Department of Health over a kitchen sink as the latest cause of delay.
Geez, what could be the big deal…that space was already a restaurant with a kitchen. What could they have possibly have done that has caused so many delays? I know the city is not business friendly and makes it very difficult for new businesses, but this delay has to be more than the city making them jump through hoops. Can’t wait to see how expensive these sandwiches are…
How about Rooster Fish? Why is it that Adam Lambert was able to buy St. Felix and convert it to a fully operating establishment in 2 months (The Wild) yet Rooster Fish bought the old Pump 6 months ago and cannot open? Same with Something About Her. Something is not right here…

GodDAMN! It’s a miracle that we are getting another restaurant in WeHo, the most expensive city in the US.
