Alan Ruck, the actor known for his role in the TV series “Succession”, has refuted claims that he is to blame for injuries sustained by a person in a recent vehicular accident in Los Angeles.
Legal papers reviewed by RadarOnline.com reveal that Ruck has requested the dismissal of the lawsuit related to this incident.
Earlier reports indicate that in November, Ruck was involved in an incident where his truck collided with a pizza restaurant in Los Angeles.
Footage from the scene showed Ruck’s vehicle partially inside Raffalo’s Pizza, located at the La Brea and Hollywood Blvd intersection.
Eyewitnesses stated that two individuals were hurt in the crash, although they were conscious and able to exit their vehicles. According to TMZ, no pedestrians were harmed.
Post-accident, Ruck was observed using his cell phone. Surveillance footage, as reported by TMZ, captured Ruck’s vehicle hitting another car from behind, leading to his truck crashing into the pizza establishment.
At the time, Ruck was driving a Rivian electric truck. Subsequent investigations concluded that the vehicle functioned normally and was not the cause of the crash.
He is likely correct, but it’s never a good look.
