Any word on what is happening with the vacant lot/abandoned project at Sunset & Crescent Heights? Any updates on the other projects that have stalled..Melrose Triangle, Robertson Lane, the old French Market space?
I have tried to get answers from City Hall regarding all the sites you mentioned and I have received no response. I wonder if the new owner will keep AKA or turn all the units back into apartments and condos as the development was originally planned and ho the project got approval to build.
The vacant site at the corner of Sunset and Crescent Heights is actually in the city of Los Angeles. The initial developer played LA like a violin promising a Frank Gehry project, but really they just wanted to demolish everything so they could try to sell a shovel ready site.
