West Seegmiller is known for many things in West Hollywood. A frequent commenter during the public comment period at West Hollywood City Council meetings, Seegmiller speaks with his body and soul.
Seegmiller, 37, a former sex worker, has a storied history in West Hollywood. His advocacy on behalf of the victims of Ed Buck helped bring attention to issues around sex work that were crucial to understanding the case problems faced by vulnerable victims. Buck was convicted and is now serving time in prison.
Seegmiller is an ardent anti-vaxxer. He founded the Free WeHo Coalition, an LGBTQ medical freedom advocacy and support group. Due to a medical condition, he was unable to get vaccinated, but he also felt like his liberties were being violated by being forced and stigmatized for not being vaccinated.
In his quest for justice and a better world, West took his passion to KPFK radio and quickly earned his way to the role of producer. “We cover local, national, and international news,” said Seegmiller. Every Wednesday night, his show “The Rebel Alliance News” is broadcast at 6 pm and can be live-streamed around the globe. “The best part of this program is platforming other people’s stories, the underdogs, the activists on the ground, the people that corporate media don’t want to touch.”
Last week, West asked me to be a part of a discussion on West Hollywood. You can listen below to a vibrant discussion about the state of WeHo politics.
This was a great interview. I listened to the whole interview on youtube when it was released.
Way to go, West!
Is he still a sex worker? Just wonderin’l
Jealous, or just wishful thinking on your part❓
No, he’s not!
Congratulations, West!
Look forward to listening to this interview.
Well done, West. Proud of you. And, speak the truth, Larry. A great interview.
Hiya West! I really enjoyed listening to your interview with Larry. I hope lots of other people listen to it too!

Congratulations to West..
Thank you! Tune in Wednesdays at 6PM on 90.7FM or KPFK.org
Thanks for sharing your story with our listeners, Larry! Also special thanks to Elizabeth Aguilar for her previously published article providing contextual information.
Congrats Wes! We don’t always agree but I love your free spirit and the fact you have the courage to challenge whatever the politically correct dogma is currently in vogue. We need more free thinkers and intellectually unintimidated folks in this country, because all of us should be able to defend our beliefs without falling into name calling.
Absolutely Steve. Thank you again for having contributed to previous stories on the show. ❤️🔥🕊️
In celebration of free thinkers everywhere! West is a rare person who appears unintimidated by anything! I’m glad to be in his company as someone who is called all sorts of names as we pursue truth and honest debate. Go West!
Until they cite credible peer-reviewed journals that you don’t like to back their arguments❗
