An upscale mini-mart and smoke shop will be opening at 8929 Santa Monica Blvd. The location is next to Bank of America and HiTops at the former Isles of Serenity Nail Spa.
The rent for the space is said to be $15,000 per month.
We need a mini-mart or something like that on Fountain in the East Side. We used to have something like that on Spaulding and Fountain.

Well at least not another bar, BUT OMG the rent $15K – how many packs of cigarettes must one sell to break even AND the smoke shop that used to be across from Pavillions was always empty. Hopefully its not going to make that stretch smell like smoke.
