Ariana Madix sued over WeHo sandwich shop

Everybody it seems wants a piece of Something About Her.

Ariana Madix, owner of the popular new WeHo sandwich shop, is facing new legal troubles as a lawsuit was filed against her by Penny Davidi Borsuk, who claims she was promised a 10 percent stake in the restaurant.

Borsuk’s suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that Madix and her Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Maloney agreed in June 2023 to give her the title of “COO/Director of Culinary” along with monthly payments of $7,500 until January 1, 2024, after which the payments would increase to $10,000 per month. Borsuk claims she performed significant work for the restaurant, but Madix and Maloney later denied any such agreement.

The law firm handling Madix’s ongoing legal dispute with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval did not comment on the new lawsuit, and efforts to reach Maloney’s representatives were unsuccessful.

This new lawsuit adds to Madix’s legal challenges, as she is also embroiled in a case involving Sandoval.

On Tuesday, Sandoval sued Madix for invasion of privacy in connection with an explicit video of another woman found on his phone. This legal battle began in February when former Vanderpump Rules cast member Raquel Leviss sued both Sandoval and Madix, accusing Sandoval of secretly recording an intimate video during their affair and claiming Madix committed “revenge porn” by copying and sharing the video after discovering it. Madix denies these allegations.

In response to Sandoval’s lawsuit, attorneys for both Madix and Leviss issued strong statements. Jordan Susman, representing Madix, condemned Sandoval’s actions, stating that he continues to torment her. Susman accused Sandoval of having an affair that disrupted Madix’s life and subjected her to prolonged emotional distress, criticizing him for trying to avoid accountability for the consequences of his actions.

How many sandwiches are they selling to pay this person a $10,000/month salary on top of the rent, operating/labor costs, etc, before the owners make a profit? lol

The point Outraged was making is that the trash is ruining it for all of us. Vanderpump and Co. represent the ongoing TMZ trash crowd we never had here before and yes, it’s mostly straight wannabes that are bringing the drama.
